[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Service Provider shall transcribe voice recordings of internal review interviews. Service Provider will be provided voice recordings in Windows Media Audio (WMA) format on compact disks.
(2) For each interview, Service Provider shall provide one certified hard-copy transcript and one electronic version of the transcript in Microsoft Word format.  The turnaround time shall not exceed 3 weeks.
(3) Service Provider must have knowledge of mining terminology and experience in creating transcripts of witness interviews following a mining disaster.
(4) Service Provider shall comply with the restrictions and terms in the preparation, distribution, and sales of all materials prepared by Service Provider related to this internal review.
(5) Subject to our approval, Service Provider reserves the exclusive right to sell copies of certified transcripts to the public. We reserve the right to restrict the release of any transcripts or portions thereof, due to confidentiality, protection of proprietary information, law enforcement purposes, or privilege concerns.
(6) Service Provider agrees to keep adequate records of all transcript sales, indicating purchasers and dates of purchase, which shall be available for inspection by us at any time.
(7) Service Provider agrees that all use of stationery, advertising material, or sales methods bearing our name or seals or logos or any of our agencies or in any way expressing Service Provider’s affiliation therewith, shall be subject to our prior approval and shall be modified as we may direct.
(8) Service Provider must be licensed in the State of West Virginia.

(6) 4-hours turn-around time for priority documents.
