- Proposals that include provision of mental health services are encouraged, but eligible activities may also include a combination of other eligible home ARP Supportive Services, such as:

• Education services
• Employment assistance and job training
• Food
• Housing search and counselling services
• Legal services
• Life skills training
• Mental health services
• Outpatient health services
• Outreach services
• Substance abuse treatment services
• Transportation
• Case management
• Mediation
• Credit repair
• Landlord or tenant liaison
• Services for special populations
• Financial assistance costs
• Short AND medium-term rent assistance       
(2) All question had been submitted no later than September 07, 2023.        
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
