[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide vending machines and service for beverages and snacks to the government authority located in Houston, TX.
- Machine Specifications
1. Machines are always to be in proper working order.
2. Machines are either new or reconditioned.
2. All machines must be adaptable for future use of a debit system.
3. Machines must be equipped with dollar bill/coin acceptors.
4. All machines must make change and maintain adequate escrow.
5. All machines must be equipped with internal counters to validate unit sales.
6. All machines must be Energy Star compliant or have energy controlling devices installed in them that cause them to be Energy Star compliant.
7. For those CP members that must comply with USDA competitive food regulations machines must be equipped with lockout timers, so that machines may be controlled automatically for compliance.
8. All machines must comply with all accessibility requirements established by the districts and local, state and federal guidelines.
