[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide wide area network equipment Supplies and services to the government authority located in Garland, TX.
- agency plans to upgrade the WAN, and UPS equipment across the district.
- agency is seeking proposals for a complete turn-key project, including all aspects of the design, configuration, installation, and support for the proposed WAN infrastructure.
- WAN equipment removal
- Awarded vendor will be expected to remove existing network equipment, fibre optic and copper ethernet patch cables, and unnecessary wire management.
- Awarded vendor will be responsible for transporting the removed equipment to agency Technology Warehouse located at 410 Stadium Drive.
- WAN equipment installation
- Awarded vendor will install all network equipment procured through this RFP, including new fibre optic and copper ethernet patch cables per the agency patch cable colour standard. The agency Network Infrastructure team will provide documentation per campus, illustrating the desired equipment mounting locations for each Hub site, and campus MDF.
- Awarded vendor will be responsible for transporting the new equipment to the site/campus location specified by agency.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2023.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.
(4) A proposers Conference will be held on September 27, 2023.
