[*] Scope of Service:

- The services will consist of preliminary site, building and plaza design, including preparation of preliminary plan documents .- Consisting of DD drawings, outline specifications, and other documents to fix and describe the size and character of the entire Project(s) as to site, architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems, materials, and such other elements as may be appropriate.- After working on the construction documents, the Candidate will prepare a presentation of the Final Designs for the DAGs, Executive Committee and Board of Education and plan informational meetings for the public with the Owner’s Representative.- The Candidate shall coordinate and attend all punch list inspections to verify that the projects are substantially complete in accordance with the contract documents. - Must attend construction meetings weekly and as needed based on the stage of construction.
