[*] Scope of Service:

 Vendor needs to provide historic resource survey consulting services to the government authority located in Rhode Island.             
1) Reviewing existing survey materials.
2) Taking digital photographs of each historic resource in the area.
3) Evaluating buildings in the survey area to identify historic resources and note if they are resources that have been previously identified by other surveys (including the 1984 Survey, as well as any subsequent agency surveys or agency listings), or they are newly identified historic resources.
4) For Previously Identified Resources (Properties or Districts):
a) Identifying any changes or alterations to buildings.
b) Identifying any changes to agency listed districts or districts previously identified as eligible for NR/SR listing that require boundary updates and propose new map boundaries where appropriate.
c) Where an agency listed district is identified for expansion, identifying the contributing/non-contributing/extant status of each property within the expanded bounds of the district and preparing a map showing the new boundaries of the district and the locations of the structures that contribute to the area of expansion.
5) For Newly Identified Resources
a) Identifying buildings that are eligible for agency listing or that show potential for future eligibility.
b) Identifying areas that are eligible for agency listing as historic districts or may become eligible for listing as historic districts.
c) Where an area is identified as being eligible for agency listing as an historic district, identifying the contributing/non-contributing/extant status of each property within the proposed district and preparing a map of the district showing the locations of the contributing structures.
