[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide contractual providers services to the government authority located in Colorado.             
a) Paraprofessionals
i. Provide classroom and student specific support services.
b) Special Education Teachers
i. Assist students in classroom activities.
ii. Implement and modify students’ instructional plans.
iii. Collect data and maintain records accurately for tracking and recording student progress on
behavior support plan goals.
iv. Act as a crisis intervention person, using district approved procedures, during times when the
student is experiencing severe problems. This may include physical restraint, problem solving,
behavior rehearsal, debriefing and transition management.
v. Model for school staff the use of replacement strategies/redirection and the utilization of selfmonitoring systems when implementing behavior supports for students with behavioral
challenges.
vi. Prepare and organize materials for instructional purposes, specifically related to positive
student behavior and learning.
vii. Communicate appropriately with individuals including families, students, and Special Education
staff. Refer concerns expressed by families, students or others to appropriate staff.
viii. Attend to student medical needs as delegated by the Health Care Action Plan
ix. Attend appropriate in services, building meetings, training, and/or school functions.
x. Perform other duties as assigned.
c) Speech Language Pathologists
i. Provide services as listed in the agency
ii. Conduct evaluations as needed
iii. Serve as Case Manager for SLI only
d) Occupational Therapists
- Provide services as listed in the agency
- Conduct evaluations as needed
e) Physical Therapists
- Provide services as listed in the agency
- Conduct evaluations as needed
f) Registered Nurses
- Provide nurse duties as assigned
g) School Psychologists
Provide services as listed in the agency
Conduct evaluations as needed
h) Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Provide services as listed in the agency
- Conduct evaluations as needed
- Oversee agency
i) Speech Language Assistants
Provide services as listed in the IEP under the direction of the SLPs.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 12, 2023.
