(1) Vendor needs to provide market research and customer surveys service to the government authority located in New York.
- This is in the form of paper quarterly customer surveys in County, but could include other forms of data collection necessary for community engagement, marketing/advertising, dissemination of public information, employee engagement, and governmental projects and programs.
- to unify and standardize (where possible) research methodologies across subsidiaries and services, with a special emphasis on ensuring accessibility for those living with disabilities, those whom English is not their first language and equity among ridership.
(2) The contract period will be five years.
