[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide project manager services to the government authority located in Delaware.
- American Rescue Plan Act
- The goal for the use of these funds is to provide workforce investment activities that increase the employment, retention, and earnings of participants, and increase attainment of recognized post-secondary credentials by participants, and as a result, improve the quality of the workforce, reduce welfare and dependency, increase economic self- sufficiency, meet the skill requirements of employers, and enhance the productivity and competitiveness or our local economy
- The entity will be a sub-recipient of Federal funds.
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track grant progress. This includes setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines. Adjusting schedules as needed
- Coordinate all workstreams and execution of multiple projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs
- Measure performance and outcomes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives.
(2) An optional pre-proposal meeting will be held on November 30, 2023
(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than December 1, 2023.
